I have a long history in Bristol, Vermont. My family moved here when I was 7 years old. I attended Bristol Elementary School and graduated from Mt. Abe. I currently live in Bristol and I have worked in this district for the past 13 years. I hold a Master's degree in educational leadership from the St. Michael’s College of Vermont.
Currently, I am an instructional coach at Mt. Abe. Prior to this position I served as both a special educator and a classroom teacher at Bristol Elementary School. I have two daughters that have also gone through this school system and it has been great fun to work in the schools while they attended. It is such a pleasure to work, and play, with the children and families of Bristol, as well as my colleagues, over the course of many years. You really get to know people well, which creates a real sense of connectedness. The roots run deep here... and I feel so lucky to be a part of it all.
