About Me

After graduating from Mt.Abraham in 2010, I went to Castleton State College to obtain my BS in Health Sciences, along with minors in psychology and business. I enjoy learning about health, wellness and the human body! Shortly after graduating college, I married my high school sweetheart. We put our roots down in our home town of Bristol where we both enjoyed growing up. I am so glad to work at the high school that I had such a great experience at. Outside of work, much of my time is spent hanging out with my two amazing kids, family, and our pup. If I get some free time, I enjoy reading a good book, spending time in our garden, baking up a batch of cookies, and spending time by the water!
