Request a Transcript
Past students and graduates of Mt. Abraham may request transcripts at any time. Requests must include the following information:
Name (maiden name)
Date of Birth
Year of Graduation or date last attended
Complete name and address of where you would like transcript sent
Official transcripts must be sent directly from our office to the recipient. You may request an unofficial transcript be sent directly to you. There is currently no charge for transcripts. Send your request to:
