Unfortunately, ELP Camp is cancelled today, Monday, July 27, 2026.
Green Mountain Power has informed us that the outage is the result of a downed power line and they are unable to provide an estimated time for power to be restored. Without electricity, Beeman is also without water and air conditioning. State regulations require that these essential services be available in order for us to safely operate.
We know this is disappointing and understand the inconvenience this may cause for families. We held off making this decision as long as we reasonably could in hopes that power would be restored, but at this time we are unable to safely open camp today.
We are so sorry for the disruption and appreciate your understanding. We look forward to welcoming everyone back tomorrow, provided power has been restored.
