Health Office
Nurse practitioners and physicians from Mountain Community Health will be onsite at Mt. Abe on Fridays to provide routine and urgent care to students and staff through our new School-Based Health Center (SBHC). Visits will be conducted in the Mt. Abe Health Office and can be scheduled through the school nurses. Students and staff who are not Mountain Health patients can also be seen through the SBHC and do not need to change their primary care provider. Please sign the forms and return to the health office. COVID Absences:
The first day student/staff test positive for COVID, this is considered day 0. The student/staff must remain at home for 5 additional days. The student/staff can return to school on Day 6.
For example:
Tuesday- Test positive (Day 0)
Wednesday-Sunday (5 Days)
Monday- Return to school (Day 6)
