About Me
I like to tell my students that my superpower is the ability to stop time. I believe that literature is what gives me that power. A good book, and the subsequent conversation we can have about it can make us feel like time has stopped. This is why I became a teacher. An eagle born and raised, I attended Mount Abraham as a student before earning my education at Johnson State College (Now NVU). I have been back at Mount Abe since 2012 teaching High School English. When not engaging with my students in time altering conversations, I enjoy travelling, adventuring with my dog, reading for my own enjoyment and crafting something out of nothing.
