About Me
As a lifelong resident of Bristol, I am thankful to serve our community as Mt. Abraham’s Athletic Director & Activities Coordinator. After graduating from Mt. Abraham in 2007 I went on to obtain my BS in Athletic Training from Endicott College and have since worked in both capacities as a Certified Athletic Trainer and Athletic Director here in Vermont. More recently, I obtained my Master of Arts in Coaching & Athletic Administration from Concordia University, Irvine, in conjunction with obtaining my Certified Master Athletic Administrator designation through the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA). I serve on multiple committees on behalf of the Vermont Principals Association (VPA) and the Vermont State Athletic Directors Association (VSADA), the latter of which I also serve as our state association's President. In addition to my sports medicine background, I also hold certification as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). I have a passion for teaching the concepts of strength and conditioning and leadership for all students who are willing to learn. Through my background in sports medicine, strength and conditioning, and athletic administration it is my goal to provide the best possible experience for our students and athletes here at Mt. Abraham. I still live in Bristol with my family and when not at work I will likely be found fly fishing on one of our local trout streams, golfing on a local course, or getting a workout in.
