Student demonstrates competency in a variety of motor skills and movement patterns and applies knowledge of concepts, principles, strategies and tactics related to movement and performance. 

Fitness Skills and Knowledge

Student demonstrates the knowledge and skills to achieve and maintain a health-enhancing level of physical activity and fitness.

Affective Qualities and Social Interaction

Student promotes the success of self and others by demonstrating responsible personal and social behavior that values physical activity for enjoyment, challenge, self-expression, and social interaction.
